Jade Kelly is an associate in the Los Angeles office, where she is a member of the Health Care Practice Group. She focuses on transactional and regulatory matters.

Client Work

Jade advises health care organizations on regulatory, transactional, and corporate compliance matters. Jade has worked on numerous health care business arrangements and transactions, including setting-up health care entities and integrated health care delivery systems, mergers and acquisitions, and negotiating and drafting management services agreements, professional services agreements, and recruitment contracts. In addition, Jade has extensive experience in counseling large institutional providers and other entities regarding compliance with privacy and security, substance abuse and mental health laws and regulations.

Previous Work

Prior to joining Arent Fox, Jade worked at a boutique health care law firm in Southern California.

Jade likes to spend her free time running, hiking, and camping with her husband and Golden Retriever / Poodle cross. She also takes an active interest in Australasian relations with the United States, particularly with regard to business and trade.
