Linda has experience in counseling clients on domestic and international trademark availability and coordinating domestic and international trademark filing programs. She prosecutes trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and foreign trademark offices.

Linda also counsels clients regarding copyright protection and the filing of copyright applications. In addition, Linda prosecutes US design patent applications, conducts patent infringement searches, and counsels clients in avoiding patent infringement.

Prior to joining Arent Fox, Linda was an intellectual property associate in the New York office of a prominent law firm.
