Faige’s client representation includes serving as outside general counsel to institutional landlords in the leasing, management, and daily operation of office and retail properties, counseling clients on complex design and construction agreements throughout the United States and abroad, and negotiating lease, mortgage, and project workouts amongst lenders, developers, tenants, and construction professionals. Faige also has experience drafting and negotiating corporate governance documents as well as counseling, training, and mentoring clients and business professionals on contractual and risk management issues.

Prior to rejoining Arent Fox, Faige was associate general counsel at a preeminent, international architectural and engineering firm and an associate at Arent Fox and two other prominent law firms.
