Prior to joining Arent Fox, Erin was an attorney at a boutique civil litigation firm where she drafted memoranda, evaluated case strategies, and second-chaired a bench trial that resulted in a favorable verdict.

Erin served as judicial clerk to the Hon. Valerie Baker Fairbank of the US District Court for the Central District of California as well as judicial clerk to Judge Stephen G. Larson (Ret.).

While attending law school, she was a student articles editor for the Dispute Resolution Law Journal and a research assistant for Professor Harry Caldwell. Erin also participated in Pepperdine University’s Trial Advocacy Team, Moot Court Board, and Honor Board.

Erin graduated with high honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she majored in global studies. In the summer of 2005, she attended the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, England. She is also a graduate of St. Lucy’s Priority High School, and remains an active alumnus, participating in fundraising and other volunteer events.

Erin enjoys reading, decorating, quality time spent with family, vacationing, and trying new restaurants.
