Arent Fox Chairman Mark M. Katz Moderates Panel Discussion on Role of FDIC in Reshaping the Banking Industry
WASHINGTON, DC — April 21, 2010 — Arent Fox's Mark M. Katz moderated a panel discussion this morning at the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, DC, where some of the leading executives in the fields of banking and real estate investing gathered to discuss the continued rise of bank failures and troubled assets. The discussion focused on the role of the FDIC in reshaping the banking landscape, including issues involving the sale of loans, loan participation interests, and equity interests.
