Arent Fox’s Carol Connor Cohen and Caroline Turner English will both be speaking at the 23rd Annual ERISA Litigation Conference. Carol will be speaking on the topic of “Cash Balance Plans, Statutory Pension Claims and the Amara Case.” In addition, both she and Caroline will be speaking on the topic of “Ethics and Privilege Issues Under ERISA.”
