Arent Fox’s Senator Byron Dorgan and The Nickles Group’s Don Nickles, former U.S. Senator from Oklahoma, will speak during day two of the 2012 National Electricity Forum, hosted by the Department of Energy and National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners. Their presentation will review the importance of bipartisanship in modernizing the nation’s electric grid. The 2012 Forum will focus on the discussion and debate of critical public policy issues and will feature many notable public- and private-sector professionals involved in the electricity industry.
