Arent Fox partner Craig Engle, founder of the firm’s political law practice, was recently interviewed on the BBC News radio program World Service discussing the role of “Super PACs” in the 2012 US presidential campaign.

Craig was interviewed by BBC reporter Claire Bolderson, who began her report saying:

Super PACs involved in the US presidential race have to report their fundraising and who their donors are. It's thought tens of millions will have been raised. In South Carolina for example, Republican candidate Mitt Romney's actual campaign spent $1.9 dollars on ads. A Super PAC that supports him spent at least that again. I've been speaking to a man who formed one of the first ever Super PACs, Craig Engle. He's a lawyer with the firm Arent Fox who acted as legal counsel for the now defunct Jon Huntsman campaign for the Republican nomination.
