Arent Fox’s Jule Rousseau and Eric Biderman have been published in the “Expert Analysis” feature of the April 4, 2012, edition of Law360.

In their article titled “Rescind and Retain? More Like Rescind and Refund,” Jule and Eric analyze a recent US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit decision in which the court held that the insurer cannot both rescind a life insurance policy and retain the premiums paid for it.
