Arent Fox's Aaron Jacoby, partner in the firm's Automotive practice, was quoted in a recent article by Reuters that appeared in an edition of the Chicago Tribune and Thomson Reuters News & Insight discussing the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit's recent decision to withdraw its previous ruling that had struck down a requirement for arbitration involving car owners with warranty claims. The 9th Circuit says it will now wait for the California Supreme Court to rule on a similar issue.
