We have litigated cases at trial court and appellate levels on post-retirement medical benefits, severance pay, and other issues. Our ERISA litigators have briefed or argued more than a dozen ERISA cases in the US Supreme Court. One of our ERISA's partners is a former General Counsel of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Association.
