Our practice includes general exempt organization tax advice, defense of tax audits and representation of underwriters and lenders active in the financing of educational facilities. Our clients have utilized fixed, variable, floating, enhanced, unenhanced, taxable, tax-exempt, publicly held and privately placed debt to lower cost and advance their missions.
