We have an active practice representing developers, credit enhancers, and underwriters in connection with the public financing of privately developed real estate projects for federal government tenants. Projects have included facilities for the Veterans Administration, GSA, FAA, DOE, IRS, the Army, NIH, and the federal courts. Working with our colleagues in the government contracts practice, we are able to assure compliance both with federal securities and federal procurement laws in ways that satisfy rating agency criteria and thereby enable these projects to be financed in the public markets.
