On the federal level, the Arent Fox Government Relations practice represents clients before Congress, Executive Branch departments, and numerous independent agencies. We frequently find that resolving a public policy issue requires a multidisciplinary approach that combines legislative and regulatory components. We regularly work with attorneys in other Arent Fox practice groups who have subject matter experience before different regulatory bodies. In addition to resolving legislative and regulatory issues through both formal and informal proceedings, we also assist clients to identify opportunities for federal funding.
