In responding to a plaintiff’s appeal of a defense judgment in a Title VII matter, Arent Fox succeeded in having the judgment affirmed. The firm also won the first award by the District of Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals of attorney’s fees to a defendant under Title VII. See Harris v. GHA, 662 F.2d 869 (1981).
