On October 7, 2008, Arent Fox New York, along with the Association of Corporate Counsel Greater New York Chapter, will host Building an Anticounterfeiting Program: Identifying the Goal at our New York Office. The Seminar will include Arent Fox partner Steve Kimelman, Shari Hyman, Director of the Mayor's Office of Special Enforcement, Ken Klug, Director of Criminal Enforcement of Louis Vuitton and Bill Ryan an Investigator for Allegiance Protection Group, Inc. Arent Fox partner Alison Besunder will moderate.

This event will solicit a discussion about efforts to combat counterfeiting, establishing and implementing an anticounterfeiting program in business organizations, and working with government agencies to achieve effective solutions for businesses and practices.

Lunch will be served at 12:30p.m. and the program will run from 1:00p.m.-2:30p.m. We will be offering 1.5CLE credits for this seminar.
