Arent Fox’s Linda Baumann will speak at the 2nd Annual Eleanor D. Kinney Health Law and Compliance Conference, taking place September 19 at Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law. The focus of this year’s conference is law and compliance, with particular emphasis on emerging compliance trends, ethics, fraud and abuse, enforcement, and pharmaceutical and manufacturing issues. Linda will speak on a panel titled “Emerging Trends in Compliance.”
