Prior to joining Arent Fox, Diane clerked for the Honorable John R. Fisher of the D.C. Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. During law school at Stanford, Diane was a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Offices for the District of Columbia and the Northern District of California, where she worked on numerous felony and misdemeanor criminal trials. She also researched customary and constitutional law for the Law, Race, and Gender Unit of the University of Cape Town in South Africa.

Diane is an avid rock climber and mountaineer. In 2009 she summited Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
