Partner Deborah Froling is moderating a panel at the Investment Program Association’s 2012 Fall Conference. The panel, titled “Advertising Regulatory Panel – Advertising and You: SEC and FINRA Guidance,” features Sonia Barros, special counsel in the Corporation Finance division of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Thomas A.
