Claudia represents clients in a wide variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, securities compliance, private equity and venture capital, debt financing, and corporate governance. Claudia also has experience in drafting sales representative agreements, distribution agreements, supply agreements, licensing agreements, publication agreements and in representing clients with respect to the preparation and negotiation of a wide variety of technology-related agreements. 

Prior to joining Arent Fox, Claudia was an associate at a prominent law firm in both Boston and Washington, DC, offices. While in law school, Claudia interned as a law clerk for The Hon. Mel L. Greenberg for the Massachusetts Appeals Court in Boston. Prior to law school, Claudia conducted project management and business development in the telecommunications sector. Prior to that Claudia worked internationally for the Techint Group in procurement. 

Claudia is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association.

Claudia is fluent in Spanish. She enjoys reading, the theater and spending time with her husband and two boys.
