When the National Supplier Clearinghouse asserted that a large respiratory DME supllier had failed to comply with Medicare's Supplier Standards and erroneously revoked the company's Medicare supplier number on the eve of a competitive bidding deadline, the company turned to Arent Fox's Health, Litigation and Government Relations Teams. Arent Fox successfully challenged the termination through two levels of administrative appeals. As a result, the Company is back in business and meeting the health care needs of patients in several states.
