Pam Kopp is an attorney in the Wealth Planning & Management group. She administers estates and trusts of all sizes and asset composition in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. Her work begins with the initial funding of estates and trusts to the final distribution to the beneficiaries.

In addition to estate and trust administration, Pam prepares federal and state estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, decedent’s final income tax returns and gift tax returns. She also assists clients in developing and implementing “complete estate plans” including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care documents. Pam assists team members in the execution of corporate transactions for gift and estate planning purposes.
