Andrew’s practice focuses on regulatory counseling and litigating complex matters involving contract, franchise, employment and corporate disputes, among others. He represents clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, commercial and investment banking, and automotive. His litigation experience includes the preparation of initial pleadings, witness interviews, written and oral motion practice, discovery and depositions, mediations and settlement negotiations, and appellate review.
Andrew is also a member of the Automotive group, which has been recognized by Chambers USA as a leader in the category Transportation: Road (Carriage/Commercial). He litigates complex franchise disputes between automobile dealers and manufacturers in both state and federal courts and before state agencies. Andrew also advises motor vehicle manufacturer and supplier clients on National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issues, including recalls, defect investigations and related enforcement proceedings. He also counsels trade and professional associations in the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
Previous Work
During law school, Andrew was a member of the Consumer Protection Clinic where he counseled and defended individuals in a variety of debt collection matters.
Publications, Presentations & Recognitions
While in law school, Andrew served as an articles editor for the Journal of Business & Technology Law.
Andrew recently co-authored the following article:

Life Beyond the Law
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys traveling, playing basketball, and spending time with his wife, Rita. He also enjoys cheering on the Washington Redskins and the Maryland Terrapins.
