Brandi G. Howard
She represents corporate and individual clients, including non-profit entities, in a wide variety of litigation matters in state and federal court and arbitrations. Brandi has experience arguing constitutional claims in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Arent Fox, Brandi was an associate at a boutique law firm litigating cases involving business disputes, professional license defense, and complex state level litigation. There, she gained valuable litigation experience, drafting and arguing motions and briefs, taking and defending depositions, sitting second chair at trial, and participating in mediation and settlement negotiation.

Brandi served as a law clerk to both the Honorable Damon J. Keith of the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Honorable Chief Judge Eric T. Washington of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
Life Beyond the Law
Brandi is a native Texan and cheers for the Longhorns. She has played the violin since she was seven years old. Brandi is a Charter Member of the National Museum of African American History and Culture and enjoys visiting the museum whenever she has the opportunity. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
