Garland W. Gantt, III
He has a background in representing mortgage lenders in all facets of commercial real estate financing. He resides in the firm’s Washington, DC office.
Garland Gantt previously represented commercial lenders in construction and permanent finance transactions involving affordable housing, charter schools and senior housing facilities. His clients included commercial banks, community development financial institutions (CDFIs), and other commercial lenders.
Prior to joining Arent Fox, Garland was an associate at Ballard Spahr LLP. Garland was responsible for all aspects of closing the real estate financing transactions.
