Justin M. Yourko
Justin represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, and development of multifamily, hospitality, senior living, school, office, and industrial properties. He is also a member of the firm’s nonprofit practice and represents nonprofit organizations in connection with real estate and tax-exempt bond financing matters.
Justin has worked at Arent Fox since 2006, starting as a records management specialist, and moving to a Law Clerk in 2016. As a Law Clerk, Justin reviewed and drafted closing documents and ancillary agreements for real estate finance transactions. He then worked as a HRIS data analyst while in law school at George Washington University where he provided firm-wide maintenance and support of HR information systems.
While working at Arent Fox, Justin received his JD and MBA from George Washington University. He previously received a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Tech. Before working at Arent Fox, he worked as a records management specialist for Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and was a legal assistant intern for Shaw Pittman LLP.
