Nadia Patel

Nadia is an Associate in the Complex Litigation group.

Nadia has defended both corporations and individuals in a wide range of civil matters involving malpractice, products liability, and tort claims. Nadia also has represented companies in employment discrimination matters before the EEOC and in federal and state court.

In addition, Nadia has experience representing clients in complex litigation involving mass toxic tort disasters, antitrust issues, and consumer fraud claims. She has also assisted in defending white collar matters and government investigations. Nadia’s extensive litigation experience allows her to take a case from inception to conclusion while always furthering the client’s best interests.

Previous Work

Prior to joining Arent Fox, Nadia was an associate at a Washington-based litigation firm. She also served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Judge Ricardo M. Urbina at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and a legislative intern for United States Senator Robert Menendez of New Jersey.

Publications, Presentations & Recognitions

While in law school, Nadia was an Articles Editor for The Federal Circuit Bar Journal. She authored an article titled “YOU’RE FIRED: Egan and MSPB Review of Security Clearance Divisions” 21 Fed. Cir. B.J. 93 (2011). Nadia also was a member of the GW Law Moot Court Board. She was awarded 1st Place for Best Overall Competitor and 2nd Place for Best Oralist in GW’s Van Vleck Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition.
