Nate works on a variety of complex litigation matters.
Nate’s prior experience includes examining fact and expert witnesses at trial, arguing motions in state and federal court, taking and defending depositions, researching and preparing trial strategies, and handling all stages of pre-litigation discovery and trial preparation.
Nate also has experience drafting complaints, preliminary injunctions, motions, memoranda, and proposed orders for state and federal court proceedings. Prior to joining Arent Fox, Nate worked as a special assistant attorney general with the Trial Division of the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General and as a litigation associate in an international law firm.
Publications, Presentations & Recognitions
Nate participated in the Georgetown Law Institute for Public Representation’s Environmental Law Clinic during the Fall of 2016. Nate also served as an Articles Committee Editor on the Georgetown Journal of International Law. Upon graduating from law school, Nate received the John F. Kennedy Labor Law Award for best overall performance in the field of Labor Law for the graduating class of 2017.
Life Beyond the Law
Nate spends his time away from the office with his wife and son, and enjoys cooking, reading, and walking his dog.
