Peter is an associate in Arent Fox's Intellectual Property department.
Peter Menchini, Associate

Peter’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and counseling clients in connection with trademarks, trade dress, advertising, copyrights, unfair competition, domain name disputes, gray market and counterfeiting issues, and related areas. His practice also comprises trademark prosecution, clearance, portfolio management, and enforcement, contested matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and UDRP proceedings.

Peter also has experience preparing and prosecuting utility and design patent applications, and has counseled clients and conducted substantial due diligence on potential acquisitions, licenses, and technology transfers across a broad range of technological fields, such as medical devices and consumer products.

While attending Fordham University School of Law, Peter was a Research and Conference Fellow for the Fordham Intellectual Property Institute, interned for a large broadcasting and cable company in New York City, and provided intellectual property related legal services to individuals in the Samuelson-Glushko Intellectual Property and Information Law Clinic.

Previous Work

Prior to joining Arent Fox, Peter was an intellectual property associate in the New York office of a large international law firm.
