Ruselle W. Robinson
Ruselle is a health care regulatory lawyer with more than 35 years of experience who previously served as General Counsel to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and as General Counsel to a publicly-traded medical imaging company prior to joining the Firm.
His background enables Ruselle to provide clients with an insider’s perspective on public policy and a pragmatic approach to business issues impacted by regulatory developments.
Ruselle counsels his clients on a variety of matters, including insurance reimbursement and related issues, licensure and provider enrollment of health care facilities and of individual practitioners, HIPAA and related privacy issues, Stark issues, and the anti-kickback rules.
Ruselle’s clients include skilled nursing facilities, walk-in medical centers, home health and hospice agencies, clinical laboratories, medical imaging companies, and individual health care practitioners.
Ruselle was previously an attorney at Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP. Prior to that, he served as General Counsel to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and as general counsel to a publicly-traded health care service company.
Ruselle is an active member of the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations.
