His experience includes working on long-term care and senior living transactions including:

• Researching licensing requirements in various states for changes of ownership of long-term care and senior living facilities
• Researching regulatory requirements for state-level laboratory licensing
• Drafting LLC governing documents
• Transferring ancillary permits owned by assisted living facilities

Previous Work

Stephen joined the firm as an Summer Associate. Stephen drafted memoranda on topics including the New York City income tax structure, settlement privilege, and how to contest a will. He has also performed extensive research in areas of law such as health care fraud, sports gambling, and condemnation.

Life Beyond the Law

When Stephen is not working, he enjoys both playing and watching soccer, especially while cheering for his favorite Premier League team, Arsenal F.C. Additionally, as a native of the Philadelphia area, Stephen is a fan of all Philadelphia sports. When not watching or playing sports, Stephen can be found perfecting his cooking skills and listening to (vinyl) music.
