Amy Salomon Talks Intellectual Property in the Fashion Sphere at the Maryland State Bar Association’s Annual Conference
Associate Amy Salomon spoke at the Maryland State Bar Association’s Annual Conference in Ocean City on Friday, June 16. The session, “The Devil Wears IP,” delved into how intellectual property intersects with the fashion, even shaping the industry itself. It also explored the Supreme Court’s most recent decision in Star Athletica, LLC v. Varsity Brands, Inc. (of which Arent Fox filed an amicus brief in support of continued copyright protection for incorporated designs) and what it means for the future of fashion.
