Arent Fox Complex Litigation Partner Karen Carr will moderate a panel at the 2018 American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Environment, Energy & Resources and CropLife America Annual Event, “New Developments in Pesticide Law & Policy.”
The event will occur in Washington, DC on May 8. Karen’s panel is titled, “Increased Transparency Initiatives in the United States and Beyond” and will cover the EU’s recent data transparency proposal as it relates to pesticides, US law relating to pesticide data protection, and industry perspectives.
