Partner Tim Tosta was quoted in a recent Wall Street Journal article, “Tech Expansion Overruns Cities in California’s Silicon Valley.”
The article covers the proliferation of real estate development for technology company offices and the resulting congestion.
While some believe that Silicon Valley is quickly approaching its limits for this type of development, Tim commented, “It’s not impossible, it’s not going to ruin their lives – it’s going to require some change. There is all kinds of room – you just have to adapt your thinking.”
