Government Relations Partner Jon Bouker served as a United States delegate at the 2018 International AIDS Conference in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Jon spoke with delegates in the conference’s global village about the effects of the expanded Mexico City Policy on organizations in developing countries. Additionally, Jon discussed the political climate in Washington and the Dutch government’s support for programs benefiting the health of women and girls around the world.

The International AIDS Conference, the largest conference on any global health issue in the world, provides a unique forum for the intersection of science, advocacy, and human rights. Notable speakers included Charlize Theron, Prince Harry, and Elton John.
