Arent Fox served as a sponsor at the 2018 International Wine Law Association (AIDV) Annual Conference, which took place October 1-3, 2018 in Napa, California.

The conference focused on the topics surrounding the theme, "The Ever Changing Nature of Wine Law: Climate change, international trade (barriers), joint ventures, GIs, judges, and administrators." This is the first event convened in the US in 13 years. AIDV draws over 200 attendees from the global wine industry to discuss current policy issues and business trends affecting the industry. 

Alcohol Beverage Partner Rob Carrol presented at a CLE program on September 30, 2018 prior to the conference at Alpha Omega Winery and represented the firm during the length of the conference. Rob is a current board member of AIDV.
