Food, Drug, Medical Device & Cosmetic attorney Emily Leongini will present at Q1 Production’s 7th Annual Food Labeling Regulatory Compliance Conference in February.

Emily will lead a session titled, “Legal Perspective: California’s Proposition 65 & Analysis of Current Litigation Trends,” in which she will examine recent Prop 65 litigation lawsuit trends and discuss the law’s future and its impact on the food labeling industry.

The conference is designed for food labeling executives who are focused on ensuring compliance with FDA requirements while advancing marketing and research and development interests. In addition Emily, presenters will include Deputy Directors from USDA and quality assurance and labeling professionals from General Mills, Campbell Soup Company, The Kroger Co., and more.
