Members of the Arent Fox Government Relations team presented at the American Bankruptcy Institute and Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors’ annual VALCON Conference in Las Vegas on February 28.
Practice Co-Leader Jon Bouker moderated the Keynote Luncheon presentation, which featured a bipartisan discussion by former U.S. Senator Byron Dorgan, who currently serves as a Senior Policy Advisor at Arent Fox, and former U.S. Congressman and current Arent Fox Senior Government Relations Advisor Phil English. The discussion was about the 2018 elections and what they mean for business and investing.
The conference focused on cutting-edge valuation solutions and provided an opportunity for leading professionals, fund investors, financial and legal advisors, and dealmakers in the distressed-debt, restructuring, and valuation industry to connect.
