Arent Fox Health Care Associate Hillary Stemple will speak at the American Association of Nurse Attorneys (TAANA) 2018 Annual Meeting and Educational Conference. The conference will be held on August 16 – 18, 2018 in Denver, CO and is targeted to attorneys, administrators, risk managers, students, and health care professionals. Ms. Stemple’s presentation is titled, “Telemedicine is Here! What Your Clients Need to Know,” and highlights the scope of state law requirements for the practice of telemedicine as well as some of the potential legal challenges associated with the area.
