Arent Fox Partner Angela Santos will speak as part of the webinar “Customs and Import 101.”

The event will be hosted virtually by the Society for International Affairs (SIA) and will occur in two parts. The first session will be hosted on March 31, 2021 and the second on April 1, 2021. The webinar will help attendees gain “the information you need to stay compliant with US Import Regulations.” This will include discussions of the “Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and their role in imports, the role of your Customs Broker, and how they differ from your freight forwarder.” Angela will speak on focused assessments and disclosures.
