Healthcare Financial Management Association’s Virginia-DC Fall Education Conference

David and Alison will present on a panel titled “Dealing with Problem Payors-Legal Solutions for Providers in Reimbursement Disputes.” This session will cover recommended tactics for health care providers asserting legal claims against health insurers, employer-sponsored health plans, and third party administrators to recover reimbursement from payers. The panel will also address strategies for defending against payer-initiated actions, like recoupments and payer audits.
