Intellectual Property Protection in China: The New York Experience

On September 27th, New York partner Marylee Jenkins was a panelist on panel at Cardozo School of Law entitled, “Intellectual Property Protection in China: The New York Experience.” Marylee address patent protection and enforcement in China for New York companies. The panel was part of the US Patent and Trademark Office’s China IP Road Show and was co-sponsored by the New York Intellectual Property Law Association.
