Arent Fox will host the reception for the New York State Bar Association’s (NYSBA’s) Food, Drug & Cosmetic Law Section Annual Meeting on January 25th, 2018 in its New York office.

Arent Fox partner Karen Carr will participate in a panel called, “From Farm to Table – The Future of GMO Plants and Animals,” which will provide an update on USDA’s rulemaking related to the Bioengineered Food Disclosure Law as well as updates on USDA and FDA regulatory proposals concerning plant and animal products of biotechnology.

The networking reception will immediately follow the conclusion of the meeting.
