Arent Fox International Trade Associate Leah Scarpelli will present as part of the United States Fashion Industry Association’s webinar hosted August 13, 2019.
The USFIA is a trade association “dedicated to fashion made possible by global trade.” The webinar, titled “What You Need to Know to File for a 301 Product Exclusion,” will discuss what companies need to know about the List 3 product exclusion process including details about relevant forms and guidelines. This process provides a mechanism for companies to request the removal of the additional duties imposed on September 24, 2018 on products imported from China.
