Health Care Practice Leader Douglas Grimm will present at the Virginia-DC HFMA Spring Education Virtual Conference on April 15, 2021, regarding the current state of CARES Act’s Provider Relief Fund.

In a session titled “HHS’s Provider Relief Fund: What Happens After Today?,” Douglas will provide an overview of the CARES Act and the Provider Relief Fund, as well as discuss current reporting requirements, future auditing and enforcement, and risk management strategies.

The conference consists of fifteen sessions detailing how health care organizations can move forward to succeed in 2021. In addition to Douglas’s presentation on Provider Relief Funds, topics include price transparency and surprise billing, regulatory and revenue cycle updates, and other health care finance topics.
