Webinar: Mandating COVID-19 Vaccination for Workers: What Employers Should Consider

As access to the COVID-19 vaccine grows and employers update their safe opening and operations plans, many nonprofit and small businesses consider requiring workers to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Is it legal to require the vaccine? What complications may arise from this decision? Can or must certain workers be exempt from the requirement? Are there other steps that employers can take instead, such as mandatory mask-wearing?
