Big changes on the horizon for Volkswagen

On December 4, Volkswagen said that it will no longer produce gas-powered cars after 2026.

It’s a stunning announcement from one of the world’s largest auto manufacturers and Europe’s top selling car brand. Electric vehicles currently account for a small percentage of global auto sales. How rapidly their share of the market will grow over the next decade is hotly debated.
