Arent Fox Represents Client in $100 Million DC Office Building Acquisition
DSC Partners LLC, represented by Arent Fox, closed on a $100 million purchase of a downtown office building in Washington, DC.
The acquisition of 1250 Eye Street NW by DSC Partners was part of a joint venture with Wafra Inc. DSC Partners is a venture launched last year by First Potomac Realty Trust co-founders Doug Donatelli and Nick Smith.
Arent Fox attorneys Tommy Castiello and Joseph Rieser represented DSC Partners in the transaction.
