Arent Fox Represents DSC Partners in 15-Property Acquisition in Southern Virginia
The acquisition, valued at approximately $167 million, included 15 single-story office, flex and industrial properties in Chesapeake and Norfolk, Virginia and added more than 1.6 million square feet to the Mid-Atlantic portfolio of DSC Partners.
Arent Fox attorneys Thomas Castiello, Kelli Scheid Smith and Karen Ensor represented DSC Partners in the transaction, which closed in December. The transaction was featured on GlobeSt.com.
Tommy also represented DSC Partners earlier in the year in connection with the acquisition of 1250 Eye Street NW, the company's first office building acquisition in Washington, DC.
