Hunter Carter Talks about Gay Marriage in Chile on CNN
Partner Hunter Carter appeared on CNN Chile to discuss the debate over gay marriage in Chile and the complaint brought against the State of Chile in the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights by the Gay Liberation Movement.
“We expect a ruling by the Inter-American Court and decision by the Inter-American Commission so that same-sex couples can enjoy the same rights as all Chileans,” said Mr. Carter, adding “I am confident Chile will change its law on its own before a decision because nothing except myth and stereotype justifies the exclusion of same sex couples from marriage.”
